Technical Application Support Analyst Petrel

Support Petrel and subsurface applications as a Technical Application Support Analyst in an upstream Oil & Gas environment. Apply troubleshooting and user support experience.

This experienced analyst supports a portfolio of subsurface and reservoir engineering applications. The work includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, production environments, application administration, and incident management. Strong understanding of geoscience, reservoir engineering, or drilling workflows is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 petro-technical application support
• Troubleshoot application, performance, access, and integration issues
• Support installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
• Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access requests
• Coordinate incident resolution with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Eight or more years of application support experience
• Upstream Oil & Gas application support experience
• Petrel and related Schlumberger application experience
• Production environment support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
