- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an appetite for project estimation , client relationship building , and commercial negotiation. Prior sales experience is welcome, but an engineer taking their first step into a commercial role with the right aptitude will receive full mentorship and support.
- Methodical , self-directed organisation to manage simultaneous tender deadlines and technical customer interactions.

- Base salary up to £57,500 (with flexibility for established industry specialists)
- Annual performance bonus scheme
- Company car or cash car allowance
- Contributory pension (5%)
- Comprehensive private healthcare, dental, and optical cover
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service up to 27 days)
