Overview
As a Microsoft 365 Technical Architect, you will lead enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 initiatives for complex UK environments. You work closely with CIO-level stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-functional partners to shape strategy and ensure high-impact outcomes. You will drive presales engagements, design hybrid M365 solutions, and mentor colleagues while staying ahead of evolving Microsoft technologies. This role offers influence across large programmes and a chance to shape transformation in a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including CIO-level audiences
- Define technical strategy for major enterprise accounts
- Lead presales engagements, discovery workshops, qualification, and solution shaping
- Support proposition development, pipeline growth, and revenue generation
- Design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and hybrid solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Lead large-scale and complex consultancy assignments
- Provide technical leadership across bid teams and virtual delivery teams
- Review and assure the quality of technical deliverables
- Build strong relationships across internal and customer stakeholder groups
- Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies, market trends, and industry best practices

- Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid on-premises environments including Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Proven experience delivering M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using Quest, AvePoint, and ShareGate
- Ability to design complex multi-technology enterprise solutions
- Strong presales and consultancy experience within large-scale customer environments
- Experience leading technical bid teams and virtual project teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
