Overview

In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions within the Professional Services arm, shaping scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Platform. You’ll communicate complex concepts to both technical teams and business leaders, ensure security and performance, and drive adoption of best practices and AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value and extend the technical practice through leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical implementation of complex Salesforce solutions
  • Design scalable architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Platform with strong data, sharing, and governance consideration
  • Identify risks and troubleshoot implementation issues to resolution
  • Create and maintain design documents, ensure extendability and maintainability
  • Provide guidance on integration development, environment management, and code reviews
  • Define coding standards (Apex, LWC, Flows) and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Communicate effectively with developers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor and contribute to the technical community and practice growth
Key requirements
  • Hands-on consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain (CRM, ERP, HR)
  • Experience designing technical architectures and multi-org/landscape strategies
  • Ability to document solutions mapping requirements to data flows and technical artifacts
  • Knowledge of API patterns (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Platform Events) and Salesforce integration with external systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn new coding concepts, platform capabilities, and AI technologies
  • Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
  • Alignment to core competencies evidenced by leadership roles or relevant experiences
