In this role you will support Legacy's technical excellence by conducting audits, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring file handling teams. You will identify trends, training needs, and assist in developing the technical capabilities of Legacy Lawyers. You’ll prepare actionable reports for technical and operations leaders and help drive improvement across the unit. The position emphasizes clear communication, sensitivity, and adherence to client SLAs, with a focus on risk mitigation and quality enhancement.

- Conduct audits within the unit to assess file handling against internal technical standards
- Identify recommended actions and deliver constructive feedback to develop team technical skills
- Assist in bespoke file audits upon request from Technical Directors or Business Unit Directors
- Provide findings from client SLA audits and feed into remediation actions
- Identify financial leakage or other business risks and report them
- Prepare oral and written audit findings and action plans for Technical/Operations Directors
- Identify trends in audit findings and contribute to continual technical performance improvement
- Support training and upskilling initiatives and mentor individuals or teams
- Provide technical input into incident reporting and address quality issues
- Experience with NIHL Claims and ability to run a NIHL caseload
- Clear and effective communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, self-organise, and prioritise
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration
- Fair and objective approach in evaluations
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback with sensitivity
- Experience in military deafness claims not essential but beneficial
- Understanding of client guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
