Technical Awareness Assistant Manager, Technology & Digital Services

In this role, you join Deloitte’s Cybersecurity Technical Awareness team to drive behavioural change through engaging learning content and campaigns. You will influence across business and technical stakeholders, delivering phishing drills and reporting on behavioural metrics. You’ll support the Cybersecurity Technical Awareness Manager and help sustain key communications and intranet channels. • Create and deliver technical cyber awareness content for specific audiences
• Support delivery, reporting and remediation actions of phishing drills
• Design and run ongoing cyber awareness campaigns and materials
• Collect, analyze and report relevant metrics
• Support the UK cyber champions network
• Maintain cybersecurity intranet sites and key communication channels
• Produce and maintain process documentation and records
• Assist the CISO Office, Executive Governance and Strategy teams
• Track organisational compliance against security policies and standards
