We are working with a financial services business in Liverpool who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their Telematics Team.

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst who is looking to take the next step in their career, gain greater ownership of projects and work closely with technical teams in a fast paced, agile environment.

You’ll sit within an experienced BA function, working alongside a Senior Business Analyst while being given the opportunity to take ownership of your own workstreams and contribute across a variety of projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with stakeholders, developers and other technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Get involved from the early stages of shaping requirements through to delivery.
• Analyse existing processes, systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce clear documentation includinguser stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and requirements.
• Work closely with developers and testers throughout theSDLC .
• Challenge requirements where necessary and help ensure solutions genuinely meet the underlying business need.
• Support“As-Is” requirement gathering and “To-Be” process modelling
• Manage and prioritise your own workload across multiple projects and workstreams.

What they are looking for:

• Commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within a technology or software environment.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Experience writinguser stories and acceptance criteria .
• Anunderstanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• The ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Financial services experience would be beneficial , but isn't essential.
