Technical Business Analyst

In this role, you translate complex specifications into clear, actionable outputs that engineers can build from, accelerating delivery in a regulated, high-impact product environment. You’ll work at the intersection of product and engineering to shape features, map data across systems, and ensure APIs and integrations align with strict quality standards. The team is small, highly collaborative, and focused on rapid impact with minimal bureaucracy. You will drive clarity, challenge assumptions when needed, and help the squad move quickly toward real-world outcomes.

• Translate detailed requirements into structured change proposals for delivery
• Collaborate with engineers to define solutions and data mappings across systems
• Understand and map how APIs and integrations fit together in a regulated context
• Ensure outputs meet regulatory and quality standards while maintaining pace
• Support rapid decision-making and minimize unnecessary processes
• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience as a technical BA or similar in a regulated or complex environment
• Ability to interpret and break down detailed specifications
• Understanding of APIs and data mapping (no coding required)
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
