Technical Business Analyst

In this role you will bridge business and technology to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful change. You’ll work within the Centre of Excellence to shape products, services and experiences across customer interactions and colleagues. You influence product direction from concept through delivery, focusing on improved journeys, streamlined operations and digital transformation. You collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate ideas into measurable outcomes. A strong hook is your ability to turn complexity into simple, value‑driving solutions.

• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management or similar
• Strong understanding of customer‑focused environments and complex operations
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with Jira and leading change from vision to implementation
• Knowledge of utilities, energy or digital environments (beneficial)
• Experience with data‑driven decision making and modern application architectures
• Experience with enterprise platforms (beneficial)
