Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst, you bridge business strategy with software delivery within an internal IT team. You will shape and deliver technology initiatives from concept through testing and adoption, focusing on CMS and enterprise apps. You translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive process improvement and automation. This role offers hands-on involvement in system configuration, integration, and information security governance to enable digital transformation.

• Gather requirements, write functional specifications and user stories, and manage backlogs with the Head of IT
• Support, configure, and evaluate CMS and enterprise business applications
• Read and interpret application logic and APIs to troubleshoot and assess integrations
• Coordinate change control, manage risk assessments, and oversee UAT and system rollouts
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Assist with ISO 27001 readiness, supplier security assessments, and risk compliance
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues and manage vendor relationships

• Proven BA/Technical BA or Business Systems Analyst experience
• CMS and core business applications experience
• Solid understanding of SDLC, databases, APIs, and reading/understanding code logic
• Delivery-focused with project lifecycle, UAT, change control, and rollouts
