Overview

In this role you will work within Solirius Reply’s Technology Consulting practice to drive digital product delivery through rigorous analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and clear requirements. You will map current and future states, align business needs with technology architectures, and support end-to-end delivery in agile teams. You’ll translate client needs into concrete outcomes and ensure traceable linkage from business objectives to value streams and data. This is a collaborative, client-facing function that shapes solutions with measurable impact across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct blueprinting and value stream mapping with Product Owners and Technical Architects
  • Structure analysis using frameworks like SWOT or MOST
  • Map end-to-end journeys and business data flows to link outcomes with value streams
  • Develop a unified view across business, process, application, and data architecture
  • Analyze existing systems and data flows to identify gaps, risks and manual transfers
  • Document current processes and design future states with stakeholders and quantify differences using data
  • Write and maintain end-to-end requirements and traceability across lifecycle artefacts
  • Create business-friendly decision tables and rules with versioned, testable outputs
  • Define acceptance criteria for AI-powered features with non-deterministic outputs
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for developers; support agile ceremonies and UAT
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with product objectives
  • Use data to size problems, validate assumptions, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
Key requirements
  • Proven experience delivering in complex technical projects or multi-tenant SaaS environments
  • Ability to structure analysis using SWOT, MOST, or similar frameworks
  • Requirements elicitation, traceability, and change control tooling experience (e.g., Jira, DOORS-type tools)
  • Knowledge of process and system modelling (BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate)
  • Data literacy with APIs and SQL/analytics tooling for sizing and validation
  • Experience in Agile environments, ceremonies, and writing technical user stories
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with senior stakeholders
  • Desirable: MBSE, Microsoft Azure/Fabric, Salesforce, or experience in regulated sectors
