Technical Business Analyst, MS Applications

London/Hybrid

A leading global financial services business is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join its Business Applications function, helping design, deliver and support technology solutions used across the wider business.

You’ll translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, working directly with stakeholders to understand the problem, the desired outcome and how success will be measured. You’ll challenge assumptions, remove ambiguity and make sure requirements describe the business need without over‑prescribing the technical solution.

Working closely with the Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll help shape requirements into deliverable increments, identify dependencies and constraints, and ensure delivery teams have what they need to build the right solution. You’ll also partner with the QA Lead to keep acceptance criteria measurable, testable and traceable back to the original business need, and maintain requirements in Azure DevOps as the system of record.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience supporting technology delivery in complex environments
• Strong understanding of agile and iterative delivery practices
• Experience working with both internal teams and external delivery partners
• Understanding of delivery assurance in regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex subjects clearly to both business and technical audiences
