Overview

In this role you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements for development and QA within the Account Payments domain. You will analyse new features, optimise existing elements, and arbitrate between requests using data. You will support prioritisation of workstreams and document requirements clearly. You will evaluate proposals to ensure they meet business needs and work with onshore and offshore IT teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Product Managers and business stakeholders to analyse new features and optimise existing elements
  • Understand business cases and arbitrate between requests with data
  • Assist Product Managers in prioritising workstreams
  • Capture and document internal and external requirements clearly
  • Propose solutions based on best practice and regulatory considerations
  • Evaluate technical and business proposals to ensure alignment with requirements
  • Identify impacts of changes on systems, partners and clients
  • Facilitate workshops and product walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders
  • Refine user stories with PMs, stakeholders, engineering and BA team
  • Produce documentation to support APIs/Integration and processes
  • Collaborate with IT development teams onshore and offshore to maximise value
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization and 3rd parties
Key requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across all levels of the business
  • Ability to capture and document requirements clearly with supporting diagrams
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with development teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently
  • Experience interacting with external clients and 3rd parties in a customer-facing role
  • Negotiation skills to aid MVP delivery
