Responsibilities

  • Document debt collection journeys and data needs.
  • Map COP 360 processes and integration points.
  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate on API contracts and event models.
  • Support UAT and production validation.
  • Maintain backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Align stakeholders across risk and operations.
  • Produce audit‑ready artifacts.
  • Elicit and document banking API requirements and NFRs.
  • Model customer journeys, data contracts, and error flows.
  • Align cloud patterns with security compliance policies.
  • Coordinate with architecture for reusable API standards.
  • Define acceptance criteria and traceability to controls.
  • Support UAT production validation and change management.
  • Partner with stakeholders on prioritization and ROI.
  • Maintain backlog health and domain documentation.
