Technical Business Analyst: Bespoke Systems, Hybrid Role

La Fosse is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a small project team. You will analyse business problems, map bespoke internal systems and translate needs into deliverable technical solutions.

You will work across business and technical stakeholders to understand problems, identify gaps and shape improvements. The role involves initial training on-site in Radstock, then a hybrid pattern (2–3 days/week) with possible travel to client sites.
