Technical Business Analyst - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development enhancement troubleshooting and maintenance of ATLAS applications.
• Ensure stability availability and performance of business-critical transaction processing systems operating in a high-availability environment.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents service disruptions and application performance issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business users operations teams architects and engineering teams to identify and implement application and infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis RCA activities and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support application deployments releases and environment upgrades across development testing and production environments.

Qualifications

• HP NonStop Platform Administration Support
• Administer and support HP NonStop systems ensuring high availability and operational resilience.
• Utilize TACL FUP SCF OSS SQLMP SQLMX and Enscribe databases for system administration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Monitor system health capacity and performance of NonStop environments.
• Support DSMSCM activities including software deployment version control and change management.
• Work with SSHW teams to maintain operating system currency and implement recommended HPE NonStop SPRs and critical patches.
• Participate in infrastructure maintenance system upgrades hardware refreshes and disaster recovery activities.

Required Skills

• Database Storage Management
• Support database creation configuration maintenance and optimization for application and infrastructure requirements.
• Manage SQLMX SQLMP and Enscribe database environments to ensure data integrity availability and performance.
• Assist in implementing database replication and synchronization solutions across NonStop and external environments.
• Support storage planning disk sizing backup strategies data retention recovery testing and restoration activities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and automation teams for storage housekeeping and saveabend file management.
