Responsibilities
  • Analyse current business processes to form a complete picture
  • Identify technical needs and problems to solve through thorough analysis
  • Structure and scope requirements into technical projects
  • Design end-to-end solutions with implementation options and evaluations
  • Create and maintain precise product and project specifications
  • Manage functional/technical knowledge and drive questions to closure
Key requirements
  • STEM degree
  • Been a developer with hands-on coding understanding
  • Experience in technical business analysis
  • Strong requirement elicitation skills to create concise specs
  • Good understanding of software/hardware concepts and SDLC (Waterfall or Agile)
  • Knowledge of asset classes in listed or OTC instruments (Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income)
  • Hands-on programming experience, preferably Python
