Technical Business Analyst Integration

Translate business needs into integration requirements using APIs and data mapping for HR Service Jobs. Work remotely, hybrid, or office-based as specified. This Technical Business Analyst role bridges business stakeholders, developers, architects, quality assurance teams, and project managers. You will gather, analyse, document, and validate requirements across enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms. The work supports reliable, scalable, and secure integration solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Gather integration needs, objectives, limitations, and expected outcomes Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Define data mappings, transformation rules, and validation requirements Analyse APIs, system dependencies, interfaces, and integration opportunities Support testing, defect resolution, and approved requirement changes Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business analysis, or related discipline Strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and integration knowledge Familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data reconciliation Ideally, two to five years of relevant experience Apply technical analysis, stakeholder communication, and integration expertise to clarify requirements and support connected enterprise solutions.
