Technical Business Analyst KYC Modernization

Technical Business Analyst supporting KYC modernization and application development, with requirements gathering, SDLC, testing, and test-case development expertise.

Insight Global seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a Commercial Banking initiative. The role bridges business and technology teams across legacy modernization and new application builds. Strong KYC/AML knowledge, Jira experience, and technical documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Define current-state and future-state processes and gaps
• Develop and execute test cases for requirements
• Support UAT, validation, sign-off, and defect management

Requirements:

• Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong KYC/AML and banking domain knowledge
• Commercial Banking experience
• Understanding of SDLC through implementation
• Strong Jira, traceability, UAT, and testing experience
