This 12-month assignment supports a leading financial institution and one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. You will document and implement business requirements for customer marketing offers and communications. The work combines campaign eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic, and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements for customer marketing offers and communications
• Design, build, test, and execute Pega decision strategies
• Analyze campaign presentment and customer response data
• Coordinate analytics, marketing, technology, and channel stakeholders
• Support data validation and production incident investigations

Requirements:

• Five to seven or more years as a Technical Business Analyst
• Two or more years with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
• Experience with Pega Marketing, Decision Manager, or CDH
• Advanced SQL and four or more years with large datasets
• Recent Python experience and Pega certification
