Technical Co-Ordinator

As a Technical Coordinator, you will oversee the technical delivery of residential projects from concept to completion and act as the main liaison between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams. You will ensure design information complies with building regulations and planning conditions, and you will manage on-site drawing reviews to guarantee accuracy. You will resolve technical challenges to keep projects on track and contribute to high-quality developments within a collaborative, people‑centred environment. • Oversee technical delivery of residential projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate and act as primary contact between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams

• Regularly review drawings and specifications for accuracy and on-site practicality

• Proven experience as Technical Coordinator or similar in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and construction methods
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multi-tasking capacity
• Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
