Technical Co-Ordinator

In this role you will oversee technical delivery for residential projects near Reading, coordinating between consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams. You will check design information for regulatory and technical compliance and resolve issues to keep projects on track. You’ll review drawings and specs to ensure on-site practicality and accuracy, supporting a collaborative, live-site environment. • Oversee technical delivery from concept to completion on residential projects
• Act as main point of contact between consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams
• Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions and specs
• Manage and resolve technical challenges to keep projects on schedule
• Conduct regular reviews of drawings and specifications for accuracy and field applicability

• Proven experience as Technical Coordinator or similar in residential construction
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, NHBC standards and construction methods
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with multitasking ability
• Adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
