Overview
In this role you will oversee the technical delivery of high-quality residential projects from concept to completion within a plc house builder. You will act as the main liaison between consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track. You will review designs for building regulations and standards, and resolve on-site technical challenges to ensure accurate, practical outputs. This is a collaborative, people‑focused opportunity to shape meaningful developments while working across live sites.

- Oversee technical delivery of residential projects from concept through to handover
- Serve as the primary contact between consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams
- Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with regulations, planning conditions and specifications
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to keep projects on schedule
- Regularly review drawings and specifications for accuracy and site applicability
- Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards and construction methods
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capacity
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
