Technical Consultant

In this Technical Consultant role, you will support client engagements by handling technical setup, installation, and development tasks for Unity Financial Reporting. You’ll work with Principal Consultants on analysis, planning, and costing of technical elements across the sales cycle and delivery phase. The role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and delivering inbound and crystal reporting solutions. You will contribute to project implementations while coordinating a technical internship scheme and upholding environmental practices. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that shapes fintech reporting solutions.

• Assist on technical aspects of client engagements alongside Principal Consultants
• Complete training on Unity Financial Reporting tech stack (SQL, VB Scripting, Crystal reporting) and software installation
• Analyze, design, build and test inbound and crystal reporting solutions as directed
• Document new procedures and support implementation projects
• Coordinate and supervise the technical internship scheme including recruitment and training
• Maintain awareness of environmental management systems and dispose of waste accordingly
• Perform other duties as requested by the Consultancy Director

• 2.1 degree or above in computer science or equivalent
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Genuine interest in the Fund industry and technical skills
• Experience in a similar role or university internship is beneficial
