Overview

In this role, you help customers migrate data and stand up new systems on our platform, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll translate requirements into technical steps, run data validation, and migrate databases to Azure, contributing to a reliable, scalable implementation program. You’ll work closely with project managers, maintain project docs, and uphold security and quality standards. This is a remote-friendly, customer-facing position in a fast-growing software environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Migrate customer data from legacy systems onto our platform, writing and troubleshooting custom scripts
  • Write and run SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data
  • Stand up and configure new customer systems/environments as part of implementations
  • Migrate databases to Azure cloud platform
  • Communicate requirements, timelines, and expectations with customers
  • Flag risks with Project Managers and Implementation teams to keep delivery on track
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, tools, and migration methodologies
  • Keep activity reports and project documentation up to date within SLAs
  • Follow security policies to protect customer data and report issues
Key requirements
  • 1–3 years of relevant technical consulting or data engineering experience
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL (Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL)
  • Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Postman
  • Basic knowledge of IIS
  • Able to communicate technical requirements with customers
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
