Overview

In this role you will establish, document, and improve operational processes to boost efficiency, compliance, and quality. You will map current and target states, develop SOPs and control plans, and monitor performance through KPIs, audits, and root-cause analyses. You’ll enable training and change management to drive adoption. This is a chance to influence process excellence within a global technology services context and contribute to responsible innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Map processes (as-is/to-be) and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Develop SOPs, RACI charts, and control plans; maintain revisions
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance; run audits and root cause analyses
  • Enable training and change management for process adoption
Key requirements
  • 5–9+ years in process engineering within tech or operations contexts
  • Process modeling (BPMN), documentation, continuous improvement, compliance
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Operations; Six Sigma/Lean preferred
