Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will help design and deliver business-focused Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. You’ll translate client needs into high-level designs and clear user stories, guiding delivery teams through build, test and deployment. The role blends collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, governance-aligned outcomes. This opportunity offers hands-on work across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI capabilities, in a client-facing, agile environment with room to shape impactful digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and clarify business and functional requirements with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct structured discovery to align solutions with project objectives
  • Shape high-level designs across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI capabilities
  • Ensure practical, scalable solutions aligned with client needs and governance
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and clarifications for delivery teams
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and handover activities
  • Build strong client and colleague relationships and drive collaborative delivery
  • Communicate options and participate in workshops, demos, and project discussions
Key requirements
  • Relevant experience in consulting, business technology, or solution delivery
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, MS-900) desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to Copilot, AI features, or automation use cases beneficial
  • Ability to capture business requirements and translate into functional artefacts
  • Experience in high-level solution design considering UX, feasibility, security, governance
  • Experience in agile delivery, writing user stories and collaborating across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
