Overview
In this Technical Consultant role you will combine deep Microsoft product knowledge with security-focused pre-sales work to guide customers from initial design through implementation and ongoing success. You’ll lead hands-on workshops, PoCs, and architecture discussions, tailoring solutions to client needs and demonstrating clear value. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and partners to shape product direction and drive adoption, while enabling partners and training teams. This hybrid, client-facing position offers travel to client sites and a chance to influence security product strategy at scale.

- Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers
- Conduct proofs of concepts and product demonstrations
- Design solutions aligned to customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process
- Support partner enablement and deliver technical training
- Identify opportunities and contribute to product direction with feedback to Engineering
- Drive product adoption and market growth across customer base
- Travel to client sites as required
- Deep understanding of Windows Servers / Microsoft products
- Broad technical knowledge of data security, risk analysis and threat modelling
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, firewalls, VPN configuration, Docker, microservices, Cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Proactive, analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Eligible for DV Clearance (British citizen or resident for ≥10 years)
