In this role you will lead the design and delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre projects across Europe. You will head multi-disciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and manage client relationships on high-profile assignments. The position is client-facing, with travel across UKI and Europe and opportunities for career progression. You’ll tackle complex design challenges and help shape scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams across UKI and Europe
- Oversee all project phases from due diligence to construction documentation
- Ensure timely, high-quality design outputs meeting client requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks with innovative solutions
- Support commercial governance and risk mitigation with Sector and Commercial teams
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and interface with Client CAM
- Present to clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure localising and permitting compliance
- Respond to client requirements in a timely manner
- Chartered Engineer or Architect (or equivalent)
- Extensive data centre design and/or project management experience
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex data centre projects
- Strong understanding of permitting processes, building systems, regulations, and construction methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
