Overview

In this role you will lead and oversee the digital outputs for Product Support, guiding the development of a new digital ecosystem and governance. You will work with US teams and internal functions to ensure outputs meet customer needs and Boeing standards. You will shape data exploitation, governance, and cross-functional delivery, helping transform Product Support operations. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight of all digital outputs within Product Support
  • Collaborate with US teams to deliver the new Product Support digital ecosystem
  • Lead data exploitation activities at leadership level
  • Ensure digital outputs meet customer needs and support the broader Product Support organisation
  • Coordinate with IT, DSA, and internal areas for governance, delivery, and integration
  • Oversee development of technical objectives, WBS, schedules, and integration plans
  • Support cost estimation across multiple digital projects and R&D
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to technical data and procedures
  • Produce presentations, status reviews, and programme reporting
  • Monitor delivery quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Review programme and engineering change proposals for Product Support impact
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements and Boeing values
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and promote Boeing behaviours and values
  • Support integration of Product Support pillars within the digital transformation programme
Key requirements
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in digital transformation or technical programme delivery
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in data exploitation, digital tools, governance, or related disciplines
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organisation
  • Experience with complex IT or digital programmes and some programme management exposure
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills
  • Desirable Chartered Engineer status or willingness to pursue CEng
  • Understanding of defence/aerospace product support pillars
  • Collaborative and influential across functions and levels
  • Confident in leading technical discussions and decisions
