Technical Director - OTT Delivery

As Technical Director at Deltatre you will own the technical delivery of multi-platform projects across web, mobile, and backend. You will lead architecture decisions, drive estimation, and mentor teams while balancing client expectations and engineering standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver OTT streaming, VOD, and digital media experiences for major brands. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical credibility with strategic delivery.

• Own technical delivery across multi-platform projects from architecture to post-launch iteration
• Lead architectural decisions and drive requirements gathering and estimation
• Balance hands-on technical work with team leadership to elevate engineering standards
• Maintain documentation, code quality, and delivery predictability
• Serve as the technical interface with clients and internal teams across projects

• Led large-scale, multi-month technical projects in a leadership role
• Fluent across full delivery stack: web front-end (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), .NET/C#, Android, iOS
• Deep expertise in at least one core mobile stack (Android or iOS)
• Solution architecture experience for digital media platforms
• Requirements gathering, refinement, and estimation for complex multi-stream projects
• Stakeholder management with external clients and internal teams
• Track record of mentoring through code review and technical guidance
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile delivery and strong documentation practices
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
