Technical Expert - Ecotoxicologist

In this role you will apply your ecotoxicology expertise within a Global Science Delivery team to generate and interpret data that supports the registration of sustainable crop protection products. You will drive ecotoxicology studies across terrestrial and/or aquatic domains, coordinating with a global CRO network to deliver critical endpoints on time. You will translate data into actionable insights for project teams and help shape study designs under global regulatory guidance.

• Ensure timely delivery of CRO-generated data to support global registration of new actives and existing products
• Design study protocols, evaluate data, and review/authorise company reports
• Extract insights from ecotoxicology data and present expert conclusions to technical teams
• Provide technical assistance and innovative solutions to transfer knowledge within the team
• Apply ecotoxicology expertise and global regulatory guidance to study designs and decision making

• BSc in Biology, Ecotoxicology, Environmental Toxicology, or related field
• GLP experience conducting ecotoxicology studies
• Knowledge of global ecotoxicology data requirements for Plant Protection Products and regulatory landscape
• Experience generating insights from data sets
• Strong collaboration, organization, and time management skills
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and quick learning ability
• Desirable: experience with Biological plant protection products (microbials, biostimulants, biocontrols), including qPCR and microbiology methods
