Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Infra - DCPD, AWS DC Planning & Delivery

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver data center expansion programs for AWS across the EMEA region. You will drive end-to-end delivery from pre-contract design to handover, coordinating Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations. You’ll identify risks, manage budgets, and keep projects on schedule to create capacity for customers. • Decompose large projects into manageable workstreams
• Communicate goals, roles, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional and remote teams
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to Operations handover in EMEA
• Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain delivery program, risk register, and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests
• Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate on build strategies for demand
• Lead process improvements via lessons learned and sharing knowledge across teams
• Provide regular status reports to senior leadership on project metrics and commitments
• Manage risks, opportunities, actions, escalations, and communications

• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
• Experience in data center delivery—design, commissioning, and construction of mission-critical facilities or equivalent industrial builds
