Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Infra - DCPD, AWS DC Planning & Delivery

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver data center expansion programs across the EMEA region, aligning with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations. You will translate complex projects into actionable work streams, manage risk and budget, and ensure on-time delivery from pre-contract design to handover. You will partner with stakeholders to develop build strategies and drive continuous process improvements. • Decompose large, complex projects into manageable workstreams
• Clearly communicate goals and roles across cross-functional and remote teams
• Manage end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to handover for Colo, Hybrid Colo & AWS Data Centers in EMEA
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain delivery program, risk register, and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests to senior leadership
• Develop short- and long-term build strategies with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate teams
• Lead process improvements through workflow updates and knowledge sharing across delivery teams
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on project metrics and commitments
• Oversee risk, opportunities, actions, escalations, and communications

• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Experience in data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction) or mission-critical facilities
• Preferred: experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across locales to drive alignment
