Technical Integration Services Specialist

Lead technical integrations and data solutions for Absorb clients remotely, combining RESTful APIs, system automation, and consultative communication.

As a Technical Services Specialist, you will lead projects from scoping through delivery while supporting advanced integration use cases. You will guide client conversations, diagnose integration challenges, and translate complex requirements into technical approaches. The work includes data modeling, validation, transformation, and cross-system automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scoping sessions and build achievable technical project plans
• Manage integration and data projects through timely delivery
• Implement imports, exports, RESTful APIs, and system integrations
• Troubleshoot data challenges and recommend integration best practices
• Mentor specialists and improve processes, documentation, and client experience

Requirements:

• Minimum two years implementing SaaS integration or data solutions
• Client-facing technical communication and expectation-setting experience
• Strong understanding of data models and system integration concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical recommendations
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, SSO, and SQL preferred
