Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end technical integrations with restaurant and grocery partners, external providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless go-live. You’ll own project planning, milestones, and communications to ensure adoption of our platform by key accounts. You’ll oversee integration from design through test, UAT, and production, collaborating with engineering and product to troubleshoot. You’ll drive lifecycle governance, escalation, and rollout plans while optimizing processes across teams. This role sits in the Express Integrations Team and offers impact at scale in a fast-paced, tech‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead detailed planning, kickoff, milestones, and communications for successful adoption with key accounts
  • Own end-to-end technical integration from design to test planning, UAT, and production go-live
  • Manage project lifecycle, rollout plans, go-live criteria, issue tracking, and progress reporting
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and advocacy across external partners and internal teams
  • Identify bottlenecks, plan contingencies, and manage escalation during product launches
  • Analyze partner feedback and support Product Management in prioritization
Key requirements
  • 5 yrs of relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management or similar
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of API integration project lifecycles
  • Experience configuring SaaS-like solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using data tools
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Strong Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Management skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project planning
  • Proven stakeholder management and accountability skills
  • Ability to hold parties responsible for their actions
  • Experience with AI tooling is a plus
