Overview
As Technical Lead, you will combine hands-on cloud-native engineering with squad leadership to scale platforms and products in the fintech space. You’ll architect and develop mobile, web, and tooling solutions, driving financial insights and predictive models. You’ll shape the technology roadmap, improve delivery, and influence overall engineering strategy while growing a seven-person squad. This role offers strong growth potential and a path to higher leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade systems that matter.
Responsibilities- Oversee technical development and delivery of products aligned with the product vision
- Lead and mentor a development squad while shaping the technology roadmap
- Enhance software delivery capabilities and influence company technology strategy
- Architect, design, and develop mobile, web, and tooling solutions
- Drive financial insights and predictive models through robust engineering practices
- Ensure successful production rollout of products and maintain quality and security standards
- Proven track record of taking products to production
- Full stack expertise with React, Typescript, Node.js
- Experience with React Native and cloud development (AWS)
- Understanding of domain-driven design and best practices in architecture, security, and data management
- fintech/financial services experience is advantageous and regulated market delivery experience is a plus
