Technical Lead

In this role you lead a team of data-oriented technical consultants to deliver complex, data-driven solutions for social impact. You shape architecture, promote engineering standards, and drive end-to-end data processing, APIs, and cloud ETL pipelines. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure meaningful technical outcomes that support responsible, scalable decisions. The opportunity combines leadership, hands-on development, and the chance to influence Tech for Good projects at scale.

• Lead and mentor a team of data-focused technical consultants
• Promote engineering standards, best practices, and testing
• Build APIs, cloud-based ETL pipelines, customer UIs, and end-to-end data processing solutions
• Define technical strategy and guide architectural decisions
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive quality, performance, and maintainability across platforms
