In this role within PA's Digital & Data community, you will lead and mentor software teams to deliver client-focused digital solutions. You work across cross-functional teams to steer complex projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from design to deployment and operation. You will apply agile methods to drive continuous improvement and scalable, high-performance systems. This opportunity combines technical leadership with client engagements to shape transformations and impact across industries.

Responsibilities
  • Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients toward successful digital transformations
  • Provide mentorship to engineers and foster continuous improvement
  • Shape end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, improving development, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and efficient release management
  • Enhance performance through load testing, caching, and query optimization
  • Apply modern engineering standards (TDD, contract testing, secure coding) and architectural patterns (event-driven, platform migration)
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute technical subject matter expertise to bids and client proposals
Key requirements
  • Experience in managing and technically leading a software engineering team
  • Soft-skills to interact with clients and demonstrate credibility in technology and delivery
  • Proven capability to shape end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and release strategies
  • Experience improving system performance and scalability
  • Expertise in modern engineering practices and architectural patterns
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Collaborative work with stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience providing technical SME to create bids and client proposals
