Technical Lead

In this role you will shape how complex software, cloud, and integrations come together to power real-world impact for a mission-driven charity. You’ll be the technical voice across engineering and delivery, defining standards and guiding architecture while blending hands-on coding with design leadership. Expect to work with a small, forward-thinking team to build modern environments, integrate multiple SaaS platforms, and raise the bar for delivery and security. • Define and implement technical frameworks for apps, services and systems
• Design and build modern cloud environments and integrations across SaaS platforms
• Lead architectural decisions and set standards across the organization
• Mentor a junior engineer and a DevOps-security specialist through collaboration
• Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver new products and enhancements
• Shape how digital services are delivered and scaled for impact

• Broad technical background and strong problem-solving ability
• Confidence to define the right approach and lead technical direction
• Experience blending coding with cloud engineering and design thinking
