Autotelica AI is building a platform that lets a large UK energy company’s developers use AI coding agents under the company’s standards. As Agentic Engineer (technical lead), you own the core and lead the squad’s engineering, with a remote-first setup and a UK hybrid preference, including occasional attendance at the London office.

Part time from December 2026, full time from February 2027. You’ll design context and hooks, port hooks to multiple agent harnesses, and run the pull-request gate
