Overview
In this role you will lead a real-time collections development team within D&A Shared Tech, acting as a hands-on technical lead for developers and vendor resources. You’ll drive delivery across multiple projects in the region, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality, compliant software. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage risks, communicate status, and align with global technology initiatives. The position offers a chance to shape critical fintech delivery at a global scale.

- Lead and execute technology projects including maintenance releases and major products
- Provide hands-on guidance to project teams and remove impediments
- Manage prioritization, scheduling and budget planning
- Build trust with stakeholders and communicate risks and issues
- Deliver clear status updates to senior leadership and escalate when needed
- Communicate effectively across distributed, diverse teams
- Support governance, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Influence other product delivery teams and implement global technology strategy
- Assist third parties to ensure outsourced work is delivered and aligned with product direction
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to talent development
- Demonstrable software engineering experience with formal tools and methodologies
- Ability to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution
- Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of financial industry
- Extensive development experience in C++
- Networking knowledge; scripting (Python preferred)
- Experience with Windows and Linux OS
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud toolsets
