Overview

In this role you will provide technical coordination of multi-discipline projects within Framatome Ltd, ensuring on-time and on-cost delivery. You will be the main technical contact for the Project Manager and Client, overseeing systems design, mechanical components, layout, piping, electrical, and C&I. You’ll organize kick-offs, resolve open points, and support bids while shaping long-term engineering strategy. Responsibilities
  • Analyze client technical specifications and input data
  • Define work packages for engineering teams across disciplines (systems design, mechanical components, layout, piping, electrical, C&I); may include writing work specs and RFPs
  • Organize kick-offs and regular progress meetings
  • Resolve open points and coordinate cross-functional technical issues with stakeholders, including the Client
  • Support bid elaboration: analyze contract requirements, identify resources, plan work
  • Present progress to Project Management team and Head of Engineering
  • Contribute to understanding client needs and long-term engineering strategy for Framatome Ltd
Key requirements
  • Engineer with >10 years' experience in energy (nuclear safety, electrical, mechanical, systems, layout, C&I)
  • Software/tools: Word/Excel; CAD tools such as Autodesk Plant 3D, Autocad; E3D/PDMS bonus
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, influencing, team work and own initiative, multi-tasking, logical thinking, results-focused
  • Knowledge of standards: BS EN 13445, 13480; ASME VIII Div. 2; ASME B31.1/3/4
  • Experience in technical functions in large projects, ideally nuclear; else oil & gas
  • Ability to communicate across disciplines and solve multidisciplinary problems
