With at least 8 years in the urban railway field, you will also liaise with various teams to guarantee project feasibility and compliance across processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive deployment bid activities and oversee all milestones • Coordinate with the Bid Manager during milestone meetings • Validate estimates and conclusions with departmental heads • Review and prepare Installation Statement of Work for bids • Create documents such as compliance matrices and feasibility assessments
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science • Minimum 8 years in urban railway, focusing on CBTC • At least 2 years in bids and proposals management • Experience with requirement analysis tools like DOORS • Strong oral and written communication skills
