Technical Lead – Identity Platform & Vendor Oversight

Formula. in London is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to own the technical direction of customer identity management as the business scales globally.

You'll stay close to the code, shape the architecture in depth, and manage third-party delivery partners while retaining ownership of the codebase.

This engineering lead role requires strong judgement to challenge delivery partners and ensure quality, security, and scalable design across cloud, frontend, backend and CI/CD.
