TECHNICAL LEAD L1(CONTRACT)

In this role, you enable application solutions by designing and reviewing module-level code, identifying and addressing recurring issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver stable, well-documented deliverables. You work across multiple processes to capture linkages and changes, ensure alignment with technical standards, and support deployment with proper training materials. You will collaborate across teams to facilitate integration and uphold SDLC best practices, contributing to digital transformation initiatives at a global scale.

• Gather requirements for specific modules and document them clearly
• Facilitate solution designs aligned with business needs and technical standards
• Review and refine developed code, resolve technical queries, and create replication patterns
• Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot recurring issues and adapt software
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations and assist deployment; prepare training materials
