TECHNICAL LEAD L1(CONTRACT)

In this role, you will help enable application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, and performing root-cause analysis to tackle recurring issues. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives. You’ll participate in requirements gathering, design solutions, and support deployment with emphasis on quality and smooth adoption of new applications. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering scalable, well-integrated software within a broader digital transformation program.

• Gather requirements for modules and document them clearly, capturing cross-process linkages and dependencies
• Facilitate creation of module solution designs aligned with business needs and technical standards
• Review code, resolve technical queries, and create replication patterns to ensure standards
• Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot recurring issues and modify code to improve performance and compatibility
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, support integration of new applications, and address deployment dependencies
• Prepare user training documents and frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new apps
