As Technical Lead, you will drive architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform while remaining hands-on. You’ll shape product direction and engineering culture within a cross-functional team. The role blends leadership with software engineering to tackle scalable, secure solutions in a dynamic environment. A strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder management, and architectural excellence will be key to success.

- Address security and compliance considerations, including SC clearance requirements
- Influence engineering culture and best practices across the team
- Strong software engineering background with leadership experience
- Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable)
- Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems
- Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous
- Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance
