Technical Lead React Python

Lead React, Next.js, Python, and Node.js delivery at Appnovation, guiding technical direction for a dedicated health and longevity client team. Serve as the technical voice for client stakeholders.

This Technical Lead owns architecture, quality, and client relationships without line-management responsibilities. You will translate business goals into technical plans, explain trade-offs, and guide delivery across frontend and backend services. The work includes documentation, code review, mentoring, estimation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical direction and own architecture decisions
• Design, code, review, and uphold coding standards
• Document architecture, decisions, and technical specifications
• Coach developers and build reusable onboarding materials
• Communicate scope, progress, options, and risks to clients

Requirements:

• At least eight years of professional software engineering experience
• Two or more years leading technical direction
• React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js experience
• Ability to create actionable technical plans
• Excellent communication with non-technical audiences
