Overview

As Applications Consultant you will design, implement and govern Salesforce Agentforce solutions to boost workforce productivity, customer engagement and operational efficiency. You’ll operate from the Centre of Excellence, guiding AI-enabled capabilities like Agentforce, Einstein AI and Data Cloud across SPEN. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects and partners to define scalable AI solutions, governance and reusable patterns. This role supports Critical National Infrastructure and offers exposure to large-scale transformation in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap and prioritise use cases across operations
  • Establish governance, security and operational standards for Agentforce deployments
  • Provide AI design direction to delivery teams and mentor knowledge transfer
  • Engage early in major projects, shaping AI solutions and business cases
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and lead pilots to production
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and service delivery with AI
  • Lead configuration and deployment of autonomous Salesforce agents and define their actions
  • Ensure secure operation within business processes and validate agent performance
Key requirements
  • Extensive AI solution development experience at scale
  • Strong background in AI, data analytics, ML or intelligent automation
  • Significant Salesforce experience including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Flow
  • Experience designing autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce
  • Understanding of Salesforce Trust Layer, Prompt Builder and Agent Builder
  • API and event-driven integration experience with Salesforce AI
  • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic AI frameworks
  • Problem-solving, delivery skills and project management
  • Experience with data platforms, analytics and AI model deployment
  • Understanding of AI governance, security and regulatory considerations
